Travel the World Safely - Gluten Free

Hi! My name is Ross Mason, and I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in November of 2022. It has been a rollercoaster time since then, having to completely change my eating habits - while at home this is relatively easy - when you start to travel it becomes a different beast. I used to love to travel to new countries and cities, and I do not want to stop that! When I did travel, all I found were either paid for sites that wanted to charge me to find Gluten Free places, or a multitude of different websites with posts that I just kept scrolling and scrolling. I could not find a one-stop resource of places where I can get safe, gluten free food. So I started the Gluten Free Guide!
