Pho is a UK Vietnamese restaurant chain built around pho noodle soup, with curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and salads. Its own website says the main menu is 98% gluten-free, the desserts are all gluten-free, and the chain has been accredited by Coeliac UK for ten years.

The items that are not gluten-free are the spring rolls, the seafood spring roll and some beers, and the menu marks which dishes contain gluten. Bun dishes can be ordered without the spring roll. The kitchen is shared with gluten, so tell staff you are coeliac when you order.
